Customer Reviews: Care for Nervous Cats

An older, female cat looks nervously at the camera.

“We look forward to visiting them again”

We found the clinic to be very professional, kind and efficient. Our cat was not at all upset after the exam and treatment, which we were very pleased about. We look forward to visiting them again.

“Wonderful and professional service”

Wonderful and professional service. Even with our new cat’s unexpected behavior in an unfamiliar environment, the doctor and vet tech took great care of her and kept us feeling comfortable. They are honest and thorough.

“They went out of their way to make sure all of our concerns and questions were addressed”

I have always been impressed with the quality of service provided by the staff of Cherished Companions, and yesterday was no different. The vet assistant and vet were very professional and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure all of our concerns and questions were addressed.

Additionally, our cat gets anxious in the car and has soiled herself. The vet assistant cleaned her up without our having to ask her to do so.

“The vet and vet tech worked with me”

Cats can get a little wigged at the vet, and mine are no exception. My cat, Thomas, got freaked out. The vet and vet tech worked with me, so we could get his annual check-up completed. Thank you!

“I thank them from the bottom of my heart”

Old Man Alias is a little combative and difficult to say the least, so I admire the brave folks who took such good care of him and were kind. I apologize profusely for his demeanor, which is angelic at home. The folks at Cherished Companions should receive combat pay for taking care of Alias Oxley, and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.
